I want to share XL trick with proxy :
First you need to regist to kapanlagi service, I suggest you to choose monthly paid registration. Because, it has unlimited speed rather than weekly registration.
Okay after you success regist to kapanlagi service, enter this proxy to your proxy connection setting :

or
